Who is Tran Thi Mai?
Mai joined TVN in 2018, the year the first kiln was installed, and has run the production floor since 2020. She plans kiln loads three weeks ahead, schedules the machining line and signs the inspection report of every order.
If a board is too wet or a finish panel is off, Mai is the one who says no. Buyers who visit the workshop usually leave with her moisture meter readings in their notebook.
