Wood that stays flatOur two kilns bring every board to 8 to 12 percent moisture and we measure again before finishing. It is the difference between a table that lasts and one that cracks in a heated home.
Piece-by-piece inspectionEach piece is checked for joints, finish and dimensions before it is wrapped. You receive the photo report before you pay the balance.

The factory

A workshop in the Da Lat highlands, growing into a factory

TVN started in 2016 as a joinery for villas and hotels around Da Lat. Today the workshop runs two drying kilns, a CNC router, a four-side moulder and a finishing booth, and ships to importers in four countries. See the factory page for the full equipment list.

How it works

From drawing to container in four steps

01Send your brief

Drawings, photos or a product list with quantities, sizes and target market. We answer within one business day with a first price and lead time.

02Sample and quote

A counter-sample in 2 to 3 weeks, photographed and measured, then a firm quote per piece, FOB Cat Lai or delivered.

03Production

30 percent deposit, 6 to 10 weeks of production with photo updates at drying, machining and finishing.

04Inspection and shipping

Piece-by-piece check, export packing, container loading and documents. The balance is due on the inspection report, before loading.
