This policy explains what personal data tvnfurniture.com collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The site is operated by TVN Furniture, operating from its office at Lot 12, Phat Chi Industrial Cluster, Tram Hanh Ward, Da Lat, Lam Dong, Vietnam (see our legal notice).

What we collect

  • Contact form data: name, company, email address, product details and any message you choose to send. We use it solely to answer your quote request.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics data: we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic (pages visited, country of origin, traffic source). IP addresses are processed by Google on our behalf; no advertising profile is built by us about you as an individual.
  • Cookies: see our cookie policy for the full list.

How we use your data

  • To reply to quotation requests and manage furniture projects you start with us.
  • To keep the website secure and measure how it is used, in aggregate.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the people inside the TVN Furniture who handle your project, and with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) needed to run the site.

International transfers

Because our group operates internationally, the data you send us may be processed in more than one country. We limit access to the people working on your request and apply the same confidentiality rules across the group.

Retention and your rights

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you: use our contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the rights provided by the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Vietnam, you have the rights provided by the Personal Information Protection Law (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP).
