Private label and white label
Every OEM order can ship under your brand: your logo branded or labelled on the piece, your cartons, your assembly sheet and your care card printed in Vietnam. For white-label programs we keep a stock model ready and switch labels per client. Hardware kits, felt pads and spare parts are packed per your spec.
Capacity and planning
Repeat programs get a reserved monthly slot. We plan kiln loads three weeks ahead, so a forecast, even approximate, lowers your lead time. The workshop runs one shift today and adds a second during peak season (orders placed in November to January for spring delivery).
Export compliance
Low-VOC water-based or PU finishes, CARB Phase 2 compliant panels where engineered boards are used, legal-origin timber documents on every lot, ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets, and a fumigation certificate when the destination requires it. Third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, your own QC) are scheduled before loading.
