One room built first, from the designer’s drawings, approved on site or by video. All changes are made here, not on 80 rooms.
Production in sequence
Rooms produced floor by floor so installation can start before the last room leaves the workshop.
Installation and snagging
In Vietnam we install with our own team; for export we deliver assembled or knock-down with installation drawings.
Built for housekeeping, not for showrooms
Kiln-dried frames, mortise-and-tenon joints on seating, PU lacquer that takes daily cleaning, edge radii that do not chip, and hardware rated for commercial use. Finishes are tested on the mock-up room with the hotel’s own cleaning products before the run.

Seat pads and fabrics are sourced to the rating you specify (CAL 117, BS 5852) from partners in Ho Chi Minh City.
