How it works: from drawing to container

By Le Minh Duc, Export Sales Manager · Last updated October 14, 2026

Key takeaways

You send a brief, we send a price and a lead time within one business day. A counter-sample takes two to three weeks. Production runs six to ten weeks after a 30 percent deposit, with photo updates at each stage, and the 70 percent balance is due on the inspection report, before the container is loaded. MOQ is 20 pieces per model for OEM series and one piece for custom work.

The seven steps

01

Brief

Drawings, photos or a product list with dimensions, quantities, finish and target market. Tech packs are welcome; a sketch and a reference photo are enough to start.

02

Price and lead time

Within one business day you receive a first price per piece, FOB Cat Lai or delivered to your port, and the production slot we can offer.

03

Counter-sample

Two to three weeks. We photograph and measure the sample, send a video, and ship it if you want it in hand. Sample cost is credited on the first order.

04

Order and deposit

Purchase order with the approved sample as reference, 30 percent deposit by bank transfer. We book the kiln and the machining slot.

05

Production

Six to ten weeks depending on volume and finish. You get photos at three checkpoints: boards out of the kiln, parts machined, pieces finished.

06

Inspection

Mai’s team checks every piece for dimensions, joints, finish and hardware, then packs it. You receive the inspection report with photos; the 70 percent balance is due on that report.

07

Loading and documents

Container loading in Da Lat or at a consolidation warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City, then Cat Lai port. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and fumigation certificate are sent before departure.

What we check before packing

Moisture of the finished piece (8 to 12 percent), overall dimensions against the drawing, squareness, joint tightness, finish uniformity under raking light, hardware function, and the carton drop test for knock-down items. Pieces that fail are reworked or replaced before the report is issued; nothing is shipped on a promise.
